Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Payments

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost (No Refund)

3. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Myholidaybreaks is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents.

4. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or operational issues. In such cases, we will provide alternatives of similar standard.

5. Liability

Myholidaybreaks acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.
